Hello,


Are all the ear posts in your website are supplied with the butterflies, or I have to buy butterflies separately?


Would you be able to make the colour which is now not in your shop (look in the attachment, the earring I'd need in gold, now it's only in rhodium).


If I'd like to order custom logo tag, which would be the minimum quantity and delivery time?

    Yes, we do. You need to send us some samples if you have or you need to send us some drawings with full dimension for the item. And there will be the minimum order for the custom pieces, it ranges from 200 to 30,000 pcs.

    We need to discuss about the price of the piece with our manufacturer once we get samples or drawing if you would like to order them.
    There is no discount apply for the custom order and there is cancellation fee if you would like to cancel the order which is 70% of your total.

    And you need to make full payment for the customs pieces and we will provide some pictures of the sample before we produce them.
    The lead time for the custom order is 1 to 3 month.

    Please let us know if you would like us to check up the price of the piece.
